suite life rocks!
huge suite balcony view yummy meal
i got a huge suite with a balcony overlooking the lush greenery, it was very nice. the work desk behind the bed was a super nice surprise, i worked a bit. breakfast ordering the night before was very worth it.. then, they brought my yummy meal and drinks right to my room!
the pool was a bit of a highlight, but some updating is required. i didn't like it as much, as i would have expected, especially the bathroom, which seemed old and maybe even a little moldy..

the location puts you so close to many bars and restaurants. it is still on a quiet side road, so i had perfect nights. walking was never a problem, with so much within easy reach..

Charming Stay in a Quiet Location!!!
spacious room generous breakfast
The room was spacious and included a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. Breakfast was generous. The street outside had great coffee, massages, and shops, all conveniently close. I even had my lashes done and took a silver-making class nearby!!!
The balcony door had big gaps. Exotic insects like millipedes and centipedes shared the room with me.

The hotel has a lovely pool. The pool area is surrounded by rainforest, and this space allows for relaxation after a busy day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were ready to assist with transport back to the airport. Service was prompt and efficient.

average stay with issues
musty smell slow breakfast
the room had a noticeable musty smell i found quite bothersome. the air conditioning was not very effective i had difficulty getting the room to a comfortable temperature. breakfast service was slow and disorganized. i waited almost thirty minutes for a simple order each morning. the bathroom floor did not have sufficient drainage resulting in standing water after showers.

location is okay, but the room, not so much
musty smell balcony door
the location was acceptable. it was close to the main streets.
the room i got wasn't great. there was a musty smell present. the bathroom tiles looked grimy. the balcony door didn't fully close, a large gap let noise in. it was especially noticeable since my room faced a pond.

lovely stay, grateful for the quiet
tropical views quiet area
the pool area had fine tropical views and i appreciated how quiet it was, despite being in a somewhat busy area. i especially liked that it was only a ten-minute walk from the central road, with many restaurants and shops along the way! the reception team greeted us with a smile, a gesture i found cute.
it was a bit of a drawback, although i understand improvements are necessary, of course.

The hotel is central. everything is reachable by foot. a 24-hour shop is two minutes away. the market is seven minutes away by walking. It was very convenient.

spacious room modern features clean place
The room was spacious. It was modern and included everything a typical hotel would have. I appreciated how clean the place was. The pool featured beautiful plants in a jungle setting, though it was in the heart of the city.
The balcony door did not close properly. This meant I heard a lot of noise at night.
